Court condemns Jan B. to the maximum penalty for lose corpse – NU.nl

The district court in Breda, eight proved that he is the corpse of Janssen in pieces cut and in packets in the Markkanaal at the centre of The Wood, threw, or otherwise, in each case, a different helped to do that.

Loss

Janssen disappeared on may 9, 2016. Parts of his body were from the end of may to June 4, found. Evidence of murder by Jan B. is never found, therefor he is not indicted. B. told me that Janssen ammunition with him wanted to buy. When he, together with B. wanted to test, would Janssen himself through the head shot.

B. then has other people to call “to resolve it,” he told himself. The police found on the premises of B. in Hulten also similar to wire mesh and plastic as the cages were made which parts of the corpse were stopped.

According to the court, there was such a close and conscious cooperation of B. with at least one other, unknown

person that there is, in any case, there is the medeplegen of the hide of the corpse. Or that he did himself or anyone else. The way that happened called the court “morally reprehensible, disrespectful and degrading”.

Arms

Against B. last week in the court in Amsterdam also have nine years of imprisonment demanded. He would be responsible for large-scale arms trade. Among others, people from the Amsterdam underworld were a customer at B., sets justice.

Also, the weapons for the controversial deadly shooting in Staatsliedenbuurt in Amsterdam would be away from him. The ruling in that case is on February 9.
