“The penalty decision establishes ACM that KPN has acted with the non-discrimination obligation and the obligation of transparency arising from the Telecommunications conflict regarding the forwarding service department * 21Online” says ACM Monday night.
For the infringements obliges the supervisor to KPN individual fines of EUR1.606.380 and EUR1.120.136, a total of more than EUR2.7 million.
According ACM KPN has been forwarding service * 21Online be offered and delivered to its own retail organization, while the so-called service at competitive wholesale line rental or WLR market was not offered and delivered.
This means that KPN other WLR market has not offered
