Aedes has developed, together with the Woonbond and municipalities (VNG, G4, G32) the Local Monitor Live. For the first time, per region, per municipality, and sometimes even by district numbers on the affordability and availability of housing in the social sector are given in one view. Also, visitors can underlying download files to their own analyses. The Local Monitor Live can be a tool for municipalities, associations and corporations in the discussions about local housing policy and performance agreements. But also others can make use of it, the monitor is public.
Various woningmarktgegevens
In the monitor are woningmarktgegevens collected from various sources (including CBS and SW) on offer, target groups, adequacy, earnings, woonquotes and payment risks. The woningmarktcijfers be linked to income data from the CBS. This year is the monitor and the emphasis on data around social housing by housing associations and the tenants of these houses. On the basis of the figures is also a report, with nationwide figures.
