On average salary by 2.3 percent for the Dutch employees next year. Thus we are below the European average of 3.1 percent. Reported management consultancy Hay Group today, on the basis of their global annual remuneration survey.

The differences with the neighboring countries are not high. Belgium and France expect a wage increase of 2 percent. In Germany go salaries by 2.8 percent.

The leader in Europe is Turkey where the expected salary increase was 9 percent. However, inflation is also causing considerable salary growth in this country is nil. According to Hay Group stagnating rising wages in emerging markets like Brazil and Russia.

The global increase in salaries in 2015 is expected to average 5.4 percent. That has a lot to do with the high inflation rate in Latin America and the need for good staff in Asia.

The study is based on salary data from more than 16 million workers, spread over 24,000 organizations in 110 countries.
