The court in Alkmaar Jawed H. nine years in prison for manslaughter imposed on Andijkse transgender Michelle cake. His brother Michel S. has been sentenced to imprisonment for eight years and TBS with compulsory treatment because he diminished responsibility has been declared.
Because there is no evidence that it is murder the two have been convicted of manslaughter. By Jawed H. was required in the first instance 11 years by the Public Prosecutor.
