Openhuizendag Saturday has drawn more viewers to owner-occupied housing than in previous editions. For the approximately 47 thousand participating houses about 150 thousand visits were made, reports the Dutch Association of Estate Agents based on a lightning survey.
One in five participating homes did not visit. In April, the Openhuizendag NVM drew even 140 thousand visits. Last autumn there were only 125 thousand.
The number of participating homes was also higher than a year ago, but slightly lower than in April. That’s according to NVM chairman Ger Ukker logical. “ There are currently fewer homes for sale than six months ago. ” Thursday presents the NVM the housing figures for the third quarter of this year.
