In order to avoid costly litigation, but also to avoid reputational damage is Red Bull agreed to a settlement worth 13 million dollars. Customers holding a can of energy drink purchased between January 1, 2002 and October 3, 2014, according to American media would qualify for compensation because Red Bull does not do what it promises in advertisements.
