The Pilots strike at Lufthansa are the next two days over two thousand flights canceled. That made Lufthansa announced today. The cancellations are in addition to the thousands of flights that the German airline earlier this year had to delete by work stoppages.

The pilots are in conflict with the management of the airline group over austerity plans, which may include the retirement age is increased. The pilots of the long-haul tomorrow lay down their work between 06.00 and 23.59. The short to medium distances are taken between now 13.00 and 23.59 tomorrow.

Previous actions of the pilots surpassed European traffic of Lufthansa and that budget subsidiary Germanwings. The series of strikes is the longest ever in the history of the aviation company.

Travelers at Schiphol do not need to worry about any consequences of the German pilots strike. “There is little evidence of this,” a spokesman know today.
