“Phone Providers massively in error” – Telegraaf.nl

AMSTERDAM –

Providers of telephony violated for years by the law works with all-in prices, which no breakdown was made for call charges and the price of a phone. That Consumers Claim suggested this weekend following a ruling by the Supreme Court

.

the packages are in fact loans for equipment. Because phone providers have not been told to what amount the consumer concluded a loan, they have broken the law. The Supreme Court ruled that customers who can destroy credit and that providers should refund all fees paid for the phone when returning the device.

Consumer Claims still investigating on the telephone subscriptions ruling applies and which customer groups there still benefit more from.

the advocate said in its press release KPN, Vodafone and T-Mobile and stated that the Dutch market leader “still” none of the phones cost shall, in its offers for subscriptions.

A spokeswoman for KPN showed Sunday that the group is studying the Supreme Court. But she said that is not true the allegation Consumers Claim. “The unit price on the receipt.”

Johan Vermeer. Agree. Wherever you go, everywhere you see people who otherwise can do more than that kl …. watch mobile. All providers cater to consumers who can not live without. Look if there’s a new phone. No matter what it costs. You have it or you do not hear it anymore. You can not walk with a four remain if there is a 6 !!! Unbelievable what some want to pay per month for a mobile! Even though you have a benefit.

and if they were going to repay, then still go just conversation and subscription costs up. They take the money anyway, left or right. Here in the Netherlands, you pay for everything too much.

The providers do this intentionally. Because at the end of example 2-year contract, and you have not converted your contract runs through this silence for the same amount eg € 50 if paid within the first two years, you think the purchase of the device is incorporated. Because if you think about a complaint gives the customer service response unit was still free?

What a cult story, there is nothing free in this world, people still want an expensive phone for little or free. So this all makes no sense. A child knows that the device in your subscription money is it will have to be paid left or right, free handsets do not exist … Sale phones for 20 years, and it is 20 years so!

When you take out a new subscription you see exactly what your monthly payment for your subscription and what your phone costs each month. You can choose to pay your phone at once, part of the amount, and then spread the rest over the period, or the entire amount during your contract period. Vodafone and T mobile are there now clearly in a bowl so everyone knew this already. Fairy tales we still believed in kindergarten.

Well, everyone knew that phones are not free. And never will be. And these companies are called criminals is very exaggerated. Where is the parallel world than a’tijd where everything is free? And people working in these companies, which also work for free?

I pay € 7.50 per month Sim only. 75 call minutes and 200 MB. All I need with free WIFI and WhatsApp. On my phone, I paid € 300. I’m in 5 years. That’s per month € 5, -. For € 12.50 p / m is it an advantage “subscription” and I’m nowhere two years to fix.

the phone, like the internet has become a necessity of life. all costs are already festering several times entirely paid for by the people. telephone and internet should be free and to be !!! as it now emerges is calling all free, you just pay for your device. So ???

I have a nokia, an oldie that I can call, send text messages, take pictures and play games! prepaid! little bell and let me call on my landline number! but am always available for emergencies! When I’m with my husband sitting on a terrace, we talk to each other rather than through a smartphone! Try it, I can recommend it! And will save you lots of money. Internet I do it at home!
