in this case the parker volunteered through an application on her cell phone to a place in the city of Amsterdam where parking badge is entered. For this they received parking fees and transaction costs charged by Park Mobil.
It turned out to have happened logging on to the application with the registration of another car. During an inspection the parker was imposed an additional assessment parking fees because had not been paid for the license plate number of the parked car.
