Moody’s positive about Dutch housing market – NU.nl

The rating agency believes that housing prices in the country back up to 5 percent may soar this year, is in a Wednesday report published.

Apartments are actually been around since the low point of sales in 2013 again a little more expensive. The price recovery is ” mild ” compared to some other European countries. In the UK for example, the developments go much faster.

The fact that the Dutch housing prices continue in 2016 will attract Moody’s not only by the economic recovery. What also plays a part is a shortage in the supply of housing in certain parts of the market.

The rating agency also notes in the report that the probability of default lately has become smaller mortgage.

In this respect, the Netherlands is doing considerably better than other countries that have been examined by Moody’s, such as the UK and Spain
