Later buyers or clients may also require the contractor to repair deficiencies that they have seen or could see, but forgot to write down the delivery list. This is contained in a bill of Minister Stef Blok (Housing) where the government has agreed to Wednesday. He thus wants to strengthen the position of clients.
The plan covers new homes and serial construction of homes. Renovations to one house is not covered, says a spokeswoman for the Minister.
