The number of homes sold in April compared to the same month last year increased by 18.3 percent. Compared to the previous month of March there is a possibility of a decline of 4.8 percent.
In the Land Registry recorded a total 12,748 homes sold in April. Of all the types of homes sold were more than a year ago. In detached houses, the greatest increase of 20.5 percent. The smallest increase, of 13.4 percent, were two-under-a-detached houses.
Compared to March alone, sales of two-under-a-detached houses (plus 0.4 percent) and was the largest decline occurred in between houses (minus 7.2 percent).
Drenthe
in all provinces were more homes on an annual basis in April sold. The increase was largest in Drenthe with 40.4 percent. The smallest increase was in Friesland with 12.2 percent. Compared to March let alone Limburg, Friesland and Zeeland showed an increase, by 6.8 percent, 9.2 percent and 14.9 percent respectively. The largest decline was in Flevoland with 15.6 percent.
The number of registered mortgages increased in April by 14.4 percent compared to a year ago, to 18 692. Compared with March, a decrease of 3.6 percent.
The number of forced sales rose year on year by 1.2 percent to 166. At these auctions are sold houses, whose residents can not meet its payment obligations .
