The Greek government thinks for next Friday to reach an agreement to avoid with its creditors and as a bankruptcy of the country.
The election promise to end the draconian cuts in recent years, however, still stands, said a spokesman for the party of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras Sunday on Greek television.
“We aim for Friday to conclude a mutually beneficial agreement “said the spokesman. “Our mandate from the Greek people is to reach an agreement that we remain in the eurozone without stringent austerity measures,” he added.
