The big Dutch newspapers have last year significantly fewer printed copies distributed than a year earlier. Digital sales grew newspapers though, did research HOI Tuesday.
The Telegraph dropped the paid print run of more than 4 percent to 455 927. The number of printed copies of AD was 6 percent down from the Volkskrant sold 5 percent fewer printed newspapers. NRC and daughter nrc.next were no figures available.
Digital was made in substantial growth. Thus was De Telegraaf 98,000 newspapers via the Internet to the man, against 46,000 in 2013 AD and de Volkskrant booked here pluses of around 20 percent.
