Trade union FNV threatened last week with actions because Unilever is not met objections to the social plan for 185 IT and administration employees who risk losing their jobs.
Unilever has no exact figure yet the number of strikers. According to a spokeswoman involves estimated at thirty to forty people. The company employs about 3,200 employees in the Netherlands.
Unilever continues to believe that the offered severance is a ,, generous’ settlement above the market average.
