Growth in exports continues in August – NU.nl

In total, there were 3.7 percent more goods than a year earlier, reports the Central Bureau for Statistics (CBS) on Wednesday.

The increase is smaller than in the previous month. In August, grew, especially the export of machines and equipment.

Both exports of Dutch product as the re-export was higher than a year earlier. The import volume was in August, 4 percent larger than a year earlier.

According to the statistics agency, the conditions for the export in October is more favourable than in August and september.
