Timo Higes, the ex-CEO of the NS was dismissed without the Supervisory Board of the NS formally been asked for advice. Minister Dijsselbloem Huges put himself on the side, he wanted to give him a penny. Huges yet now receives 175,000 euro note as settlement. Huges had in fact stand a notice period in his contract, even dismissal.
