The Greek referendum Sunday the no-camp seems to be having the upper hand. It seems that the Greek people will respond to the call by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.

Halfway through the counting of votes in the referendum in Greece the no-voters still well in the majority.

Lot

According to figures from the Ministry of Interior have voted about 61.26 percent of voters against the proposals of the European lenders. The figures are from 20:52 am (Dutch time). At that time counted more than 51 percent of the vote. Slightly less than 5 percent of the vote was invalid, 0.75 percent of people voted blank.

“No one can ignore the will of the people to take their destiny into their own hands,” said Alexis Tsipras Sunday, while he cast his vote.

Grexit

economist Bas Jacobs of Erasmus University sets Sunday that a Grexit is the most likely scenario after referendum Sunday. In that case, the country needs to save the show without new support package and ECB money for banks

Jacobs argues that when the votes counted, there are two key questions remains:. The euro countries have sufficient confidence to new negotiations begin when the results are in? For now seem euro countries at least not to be full of confidence. The second question is: the ECB will Greek banks to support or rescue if necessary

When the referendum result a no or little convincing yes shows, the other euro countries Greece would like to maneuver out of the euro, says? Jacobs
