Rotterdam alderman: mandatory birth control incompetent parents – NOS

The Rotterdam youth and zorgwethouder Hugo Young (CDA) wants parents who are unable to responsible parenthood, require need to use condoms. That write the Volkskrant and AD. The Young are, according to the Volkskrant to push for a law that makes this all possible.
