Housing market going, especially families move – the Streekblad

WINSCHOTEN / VEENDAM – The number of people moved, in 2014 was higher than in the five previous years. In the first months of this year continued this upward trend. This was reported by CBS.

First the unmarried couples, mostly in their twenties and thirties, who moved often. Then families took over the baton.

In 2014, the housing market was resumed. In that year there were more homes sold than the year before. This was the first time since the beginning of the crisis in the housing market in 2007. This trend is also reflected in the number of people moving. In 2014 exchanged 1.6 million people from home, 7 percent more than a year earlier. In the months of January to May 2015 moved more than 650 thousand people, 25,000 more than in the same period a year earlier.

Unmarried couples were late 2013. The first ones went involve a new site. Often these are in their twenties and thirties who buy their first home or change of rental.
